THEUS General Assembly in Aachen

by | Oct 14, 2025

On October 1st, all partners of the THEUS project gathered at RWTH Aachen University buildings for our first-year General Assembly.

During the meeting, THEUS partners reviewed the progress achieved in the first year of the project, a year dedicated to setting the foundations for the development of THEUS solutions and defining the methodologies for planning, control, and operation of hybrid AC/DC networks across Europe.

An exploitation workshop was also held, where partners shared the first insights on the project’s Key Exploitable Results (KERs), marking an important step toward the future market uptake of THEUS innovations.

Participants also had the opportunity to visit RWTH’s laboratories and to meet representatives from THEUS’s sister projects, InterSCADA and HYNET, who presented their ongoing work. The exchanges opened the door to potential future collaborations within the field of energy system innovation.

A big thank you to RWTH Aachen University for hosting us and to all partners for their contributions and active discussions during the meeting.
